Question

What is the attire? Will we be outside at all?

Answer

We recommend a formal summer attire. For men, suits are recommended (black tie optional). For women, tea length, summery floor length, or formal cocktail dresses would be great. The only portion of the day that will be outside is the cocktail hour (weather pending).

Question

Will there be transportation to / from the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be buses to / from Le Meridien to Butterfield Country Club, the reception venue, starting at 5:10pm. We do ask that guests drive or Uber to and from the ceremony in Wheaton, where there is plenty of parking. There is a 2 hour break between the ceremony and reception - plenty of time to check out a fun spot in downtown Wheaton (listed on the website) and drop the car back off at Le Meridien! If you wish to drive to the reception, there will be parking available. Please reach out to Grace or Alex for any questions.

Are vaccines and / or masks required?

Answer

At this time, COVID is looking good! No masks planned, but you are more than welcome to wear one if you feel so inclined.

What if there are no rooms left at the Le Meridien room block?
