National Network of Abortion Funds
The National Network of Abortion Funds supports abortion funds in states across the country where abortion remains legal to remove financial and other logistical barriers that often hinder a person’s ability to easily access their right to an abortion. While we’d initially suggested donations to the Yellowhammer Fund (based in Alabama), we know that the Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe has created a terrifying landscape that has emboldened individual states to take away the right to abortion at any minute. As such, we think this is the most sustainable option to provide monetary support for abortions in the near and long term.
Muddy Paws Rescue
Foster-based dog rescue that rescues dogs from kill shelters in the south. Fun fact: our dog, Max, was adopted through Muddy Paws!
