These are the Zapotec ruins. They are beautiful and worth doing a tour of. Bring walking shoes

Monte Albán

This is a 16th century church, close to the center of Oaxaca, covered in gold. There is a museum attached to the church which covers the history of Oaxaca as well as has a fantastic view over the Jardin Etnobotanico.

Large outdoor native garden with beautiful plants traditional to Oaxaca.

A modern twist on classic Oaxacan Cuisine run but a fabulous female chef.

Las Quince Letras Restaurante

Enrique Olveria's (chef / owner of Pujol in CDMX) Oaxacan restaurant. Beautiful open, outdoor patio with wonderful food. Highly recommend for brunchtime.
