RSVPs must be received by June 30th. No RSVP cards were sent in the mail. You can RSVP directly through this site. Please be sure to RSVP to ALL of the wedding events!
As much as we love your kids, our wedding day is 21+!
See our “Travel” section on this website for the SpringHill Suites information in Tuckahoe along with our discount code. Contact Ari or Alex if you need any other recommendations.
Please arrive between 2:45pm and 3pm. We do not recommend arriving any earlier than 2:45pm. If you are unable to make the ceremony, cocktail hour will begin at approximately 4pm!
There are a limited number of parking spots available. Please be sure to RSVP if you need a parking spot on the property and/or contact Ari and Alex. As a reminder, you can take the shuttle we provide from the hotel or an Uber/Lyft. Alternative parking spots can be found on neighboring streets, which would be a short walk.
Yes! A shuttle will be leaving the SpringHill Suites in Tuckahoe promptly at 2:30pm. Later in the evening, a shuttle will be leaving The Woods and heading back to the hotel at 8:15pm, 9:15pm, 10:15pm, and 11:15pm. There are also plenty of Ubers/Lyfts in the area.
Don’t worry, we won’t actually be in the middle of the woods (sort of). When Arianna was younger and before the back half of the property was developed, it was filled with trees, shrubs, bushes, etc. (basically woods)! Arianna’s dad and brother completely cleared it out, leveled the land, and planted grass and all of the Arborvitae around the perimeter.
“Cocktail attire” is requested, which we perceive as elegant and comfortable! It will most likely be hot out, and we will be on grass, so dress accordingly. It is a wedding and we want you to be comfortable, so please do your best to keep it nice (no jeans or shorts, please)! Arianna recommends that women refrain from wearing high/thin heels, and that wedges or flats/sandals might be better options!
Because the shuttle will be dropping you off at the top of the driveway, you will need to walk about 200ft to get to the ceremony/reception space (i.e., a relatively normal distance to walk at a traditional venue). Due to this and the fact that the wedding is occurring on grass, we strongly encourage you to wear comfortable shoes. Arianna recommends that women refrain from high/thin heels, and that wedges or flats/sandals are better options!
Contact Ari or Alex! They will do the best they can to help.
