Casual Attire
This is a very INFORMAL and OPTIONAL event to welcome our lovely wedding guests, especially those that might be staying at the hotel on Friday night. We’d love to say ‘Hello’ before the big day! Feel free to join us for a drink & casual get together at Broken Bow Brewery, which is walking distance from the hotel. The food truck is The Smoke Factory (BBQ), so plan to eat beforehand if necessary. We will have small snacks to munch on. Feel free to stop by any time. Beers are on us :)

Parking
2:45 pm - 3:00 pm
Due to the limited number of parking spots available in The Woods, we strongly encourage guests to either take our shuttles from the hotel, Uber, (or carpool at the very least). You MUST RSVP if you will need a parking space on the property. The "Will Attend" response will indicate that you need a spot. If you are unsure at this time but there is a possibility that you might be driving, then please select "Will Attend.”
Our Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Cocktail Attire
As much as we love your children, our wedding day is 21+. Please see our formal invitation for the exact address, or text/email us. Please arrive between 2:45-3pm to attend the ceremony in The Woods. We do not recommend arriving any earlier than 2:45pm. Cocktail hour and reception (also in The Woods) will immediately follow the ceremony at approximately 4:00pm. We will be outside, underneath a large tent, and on grass. Dress accordingly, including footwear, and see our FAQs for more information! Later in the evening, there will be a shuttle taking guests back to the hotel at 8:15pm, 9:15pm, 10:15pm, and 11:15pm.
After Party (in the Woods)

No RSVP necessary. Please note that there is not an "after party" back at the hotel. We’re planning to party all night long in The Woods! Feel free to join us all evening for drinks, cigars, and a bonfire. A shuttle will be taking guests back to the hotel at 8:15pm, 9:15pm, 10:15pm, and 11:15pm. If anyone stays with us past 11:15pm, there are plenty of Ubers or Lyfts in the area to take you back to the hotel.

Sunday Funday in The Woods

Casual Attire
This is a very INFORMAL and OPTIONAL get together for those that haven’t had enough of us yet, and want to join us back at The Woods to re-hash our bash. It will be very casual and kids are welcome to join. There will be outdoor games, music, etc. One of our favorite chefs, Mike from Smokehouse, will be on the grill! Alex and Ari will arrive by 12pm. Food will be served from 12:30pm-3pm. Stop by any time!
