Shuttle

Friday Welcome Drinks: We will have shuttles circulating The Lodge, The Stowehof, and Idletyme starting at 8:30pm. Wedding Day: Shuttles to the ceremony will leave at 3:40 from The Lodge and The Stowehof. (Note: If you received an email about taking an earlier shuttle, you will leave at the time we told you in the email.) Shuttles from the reception back to hotels will start at 10:00pm. For the after party, we will have one shuttle circulating The Lodge, The Stowehof, and Idletyme until 1am.
Rental Car
If you find yourself needing a taxi at any point during the weekend, here's who you can call. For local trips: Snowflake Taxi (802-253-7666) For airport and local trips: Peg's Pick Up (800-370-9490)
Flight
Located just 45 minutes from Stowe, Burlington International Airport is the closest airport to fly into. You can also fly into Manchester Regional (2.5 hr drive) or Boston Logan (3 hr drive).
Train
If traveling by train, the Waterbury-Stowe Amtrak station is a 20 minute drive from Stowe. Note that ride-sharing apps have limited service in the area, so plan to coordinate a taxi or carpool with another guest!
Hotel
The Lodge at Spruce Peak is the primary wedding hotel option, not to mention that it's an amazing place to stay, right at the base of the mountain. For your convenience, a shuttle will run between The Lodge and The Barn on wedding day. We have also reserved a block of discounted rooms, which are available for booking until May 28th. Hotel
The Stowehof is a short 10-minute drive from the Stowe Mountain Lodge, and it is the second location for shuttle pick up on wedding day. For your convenience on wedding day, we encourage all guests to consider staying either here or The Lodge.
