Shuttles
Our wedding venue is located on a private estate that does not permit guest arrivals via personal vehicles. To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the venue.
Thank you for noting in your RSVP where you will be boarding the shuttle. As a reminder, we scheduled the buses based on your RSVP so it is important to board the bus at the location you noted.
SHUTTLES WILL PICK UP AT 2:45 PM AND DEPART NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM FROM THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
The Madrona
Hotel Healdsburg
Hotel Trio
At the conclusion of the wedding festivities at 10:00pm, all shuttles will make an initial stop at The Madrona for the after-party. Those not attending may remain on board as the shuttles continue to the remaining hotel stops.
