Things To Do

The Sonoma Valley is such a wonderful place to vacation, especially during September! We hope you have some free time throughout your stay to check out some of these amazing places.

Ridge Vineyards - Lytton Springs

650 Lytton Springs Road, Healdsburg, CA 95448

For anyone who loves a bold, dry red, you have to hit this spot. They make some of our favorite Zinfandel - you may be able to try some throughout the wedding events! ;) - and the tasting room is a cool, eco-friendly setup right in the vineyards.

Flowers Vineyards & Winery

4035 Westside Road, Healdsburg, CA 95448

This place has the most stunning outdoor gardens, and their tasting setups are super intimate and peaceful. It’s a great spot for incredible, crisp coastal Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs.

Chalk Hill Estate Vineyards

10300 Chalk Hill Road, Healdsburg, CA 95448

If you want spectacular, panoramic views of the rolling hills, this estate high up in the mountains is a must-see. The property is huge and classic, making it a great postcard-perfect wine country stop.

Healdsburg Plaza

Healdsburg, CA 95448

Healdsburg Plaza is the perfect home base for a day of exploring. It's a gorgeous, historic town square lined with boutiques, tasting rooms, and giant trees that make you want to just stroll around all afternoon.

Downtown Bakery & Creamery

308 Center Street, Healdsburg, CA 95448

Downtown Bakery & Creamery is a local staple right on the plaza that you should check out for breakfast. They make delicious handmade pastries, sticky buns, and artisanal breads, plus amazing homemade ice cream if you want a sweet treat later in the day.

Valette

344 Center Street, Healdsburg, CA 95448

Right off the main plaza, this upscale but rustic spot is run by two local brothers serving classic California cuisine. The food is seasonal and always paired perfectly with local wines.

The Matheson

106 Matheson Street, Healdsburg, CA 95448

This is a lively spot right on the square that has a bit of everything. You can grab an elegant dinner downstairs or head up to Roof 106 for great cocktails and wood-fired pizza with a view of the town.
