Curling

4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Casual (If you plan to curl, dress warmly for the indoor ice rink and wear flat bottomed shoes.)

What better way to welcome everyone to Canada than to kick off the weekend's events with some curling! Join us at the curling arena where we'll hit the ice and have coaches teaching us all about the beloved winter sport. Those who don't wish to curl are welcome to watch from the (warmer) lounge area. Transportation will be provided from/to the Moose Hotel & Suites or alternatively, the Fenlands Recreation Centre is a 10-15 minute walk from both the Elk & Avenue and the Moose. The bus will make 2 trips with the first bus departing from the Moose at 3:45 PM. (Reminder: Elk & Avenue is 2 doors down from the Moose.)

Rehearsal/Welcome Dinner

6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Casual

Please join us for a casual dinner and drinks at the Canadian pub, Toque, the night before our wedding. All guests are invited. ** Please note the venue has changed from the Banff Avenue Brewing Company to Toque. ** The restaurant is within walking distance of both the Elk & Avenue and the Moose.

Winter Coats

Bundle up! We're tying the knot on the outdoor terrace at the Fairmont Banff Springs, Canada's 'Castle in the Rockies'. Join us indoors after the ceremony to warm up with some small bites and drinks. *** We are having an unplugged ceremony and ask that guests please allow our photographer to independently take photos that we will share with everyone afterwards. *** Transportation to and from the Fairmont will be provided. There will be two 24 passenger vans departing from the Elk & Avenue and one 7 passenger van departing from the Moose. The vans will begin shuttle service at 3 PM and continue making trips as necessary. Shuttle service to the reception at Park will begin at 5:30 PM as the cocktail hour is ending.
