Welcome Event- Hike at Wallace Falls State Park

We would love to welcome you all to a hike at Wallace Falls State Park. Hiking is an important part of our relationship and something that has bonded us over the years. This being said, we would love to share our love of the outdoors with you all. We will be meeting at Wallace Falls State Park. This is about 40 minutes from Woodinville. The trail has multiple levels of difficulty from easy to difficult. The popular 2.8-mile hike up to the top of Wallace Falls is doable for most skill levels. For parking, there will be a $11.50 fee for a one-day pass (discovery pass). If you know you will be attending, you can also buy a pass ahead of time here: https://discoverpass.wa.gov/. We encourage you to carpool to save money. Park in the Wallace Falls Parking lot and plan to meet at 3:00pm at the trailhead. We will likely meet up for a casual dinner on the night of 04/30/2026 (place to be determined). We will send more details once available.

Sailboat Ride and Welcome Dinner

3:30 pm - 9:00 pm

We are so excited to have you in one of our favorite places. Before we sit down for dinner, we’re planning to take a sailboat ride out for a little pre-dinner cruise. Please plan to arrive by 3:30pm so we can get on the water and back in time for food. We recommend bringing a jacket as it can get breezy, and don't forget your Dramamine if you get sea sick! There’s no formal dress code, but feel free to dress your best for the sailboat ride. The cruise ends at 6:00 PM, and dinner begins at 7:00 PM, so there likely won’t be time to change beforehand. The sailboat will have a full bar (cash or card) with Washington wines, prosecco, craft beers, spiked seltzers, and the boat’s signature blackberry mimosa. You may bring wine only (no outside liquor or beer). You’re also welcome to bring snacks or food aboard; light snacks will also be available for purchase.

Wear your best garden party chic!

The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors. Please plan accordingly.

Morning After Brunch

12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

We will be hosting an after-wedding brunch the following morning. We know people will be heading out on Sunday, so feel free to come and go as you can.

This is not a formal event, please dress casually!
