Please note: All event times are subject to minor change. Check back on the website after May 1, 2026 just in case anything has changed. Guests should park in the gravel lot, where attendants will be available to direct you, and then walk a short distance to the ceremony seating. Comfortable shoes are recommended. The ceremony will take place in the Oak Row on the grass lawn at Stella Plantation. The reception will take place just steps away within the Harold Pavilion (air conditioned). Please plan to arrive by 6:00 p.m. CT. The venue closes at 10:00 p.m. CT. A guest shuttle from the Downtown New Orleans Marriott hotel will be available based on interest, so please indicate your interest when RSVPing. If you plan to drive home at night, please be very cautious, as the venue neighborhood is rural and dark at night. Using a ride-share (Uber, Lyft) or shuttle is recommended.
