Maid of Honor
Kayla's sister and Maid of Honor. Boo for short. Has all the sarcasm of Tyrion without the Lannister name to support her unnerving spending habits. Once mooned Alec when he and Kayla were in the early stages of dating to show dominance. Sharing a room together, Boo totaling Kayla's car, and a few basement beat-downs later (Boo thinks she won but Kayla didn't want to use her full strength because it'd be too much), Boo has become one of Kayla's best friends. They'd be even better friends if Kayla would answer the phone one of the seven times Boo calls a day. Kayla is very fortunate to have such an awesome sister and friend!
Nick (Rev) Doten
Best Man
Nick Doten, AKA Rev, and Alec signed-on to live together as roommates in 2014, despite a large age gap. Their first weekend as roommates was Rev's 26th birthday party, the last year of his mid-twenties, and that's all I can say about that. Brought together by brotherhood, their friendship has consisted of the annual celebration of Rev's birthday (which we somehow are still celebrating his mid-twenties), bi-weekly Dungeons and Dragons sessions, and reminding his wife that Alec is their cat, Gandhi's, second favorite person. Rev has been there through some of Alec's toughest times, and continues to provide mid-twenties quality friendship and brotherhood.
Dustin Doherty

Kayla's brother. Conspiracy theory enthusiast and cheater of death. Initiated Kayla into the Woofy Clan in early elementary school, of which Boo was rightfully excluded. While their relationship started off strained by Dustin's desire to perform choke slams whenever Mom and Dad were gone, it has grown into a loving sibling bond. Dustin and Kayla have many shared interests, but it was the weekly trips to Blockbuster which forged their siblinghood. Together, they journeyed through many Blockbuster hits: The Lord of the Rings, The Dark Crystal, Tremors, Alien, and Jurassic Park. Dustin's all-time unanswered question still looms: "Who would win in a fight - a velociraptor or (insert ANY DAMN THING)?"
Taylor Marentic

Alec's sister. Best known for making life harder for him in their childhood, today she is known for sending him an abundant level of Tik Toks. Though their relationship saw its fair share of ups and downs over the years, mostly because of her, they have fostered the kind of sibling relationship other siblings dream of. They have been referred to by some as the inspiration for the Drake and Josh series. Name a more iconic sibling duo, we will wait.
Madeline Collins-Smith

Met Kayla in Marisa's driveway one fateful evening in first grade while trying to pass off Happy Meal toys as a mini garage sale experience. Has been Kayla's ride-or-die in Lemonade-On-Wheels (TM) endeavors, and is credited with telling Kayla she "should like Alec." Madeline helped Alec decide on an engagement ring and she's been part of Alec and Kayla's story since they met in high school. Madeline and Kayla keep in touch by mailing each other random Amazon surprise packages, FaceTiming, and sending unflattering and often concerning Snapchats to each other.
Robbie Sweeney

Robbie is best known for having a lot to say about Alec's alleged lack of a childhood. He is also best known for having no idea how his X-BOX controller bounced off the ground and broke the TV because, "he only lightly tossed it". One of Alec's oldest friends, their childhood consisted of movie, pizza, and video games on Friday nights, snowboarding on Saturdays, and skipping school to go see Happy Feet 2 in theaters because Alec's truck couldn't make it up the hill to school during a snowstorm.
Colleen Brown

Voted most likely to call Kayla out on her bull$h!t. Met Kayla in middle school and has since shared the most outrageous, disorderly, priceless, and otherwise worrisome experiences Kayla has ever been through. If arrested, Colleen would be Kayla's one phone call. Colleen is one of the most genuine individuals Kayla has had the pleasure of knowing. She has been Kayla's impromptu psychiatrist, usually prescribing a heavy dose of reality-checking along with long drives down Summit Ave. Colleen's interests include swimming, traveling, and Kayla.
Alec (Budge) Budge

Alec and Budge's friendship was borne by their shared name and status as two of the four juniors in high school capable of growing a beard. Also one of Alec's oldest friends, Budge and Alec went on to go through the same undergraduate Psychology program, and worked in the same building through their later years of college. Occasionally, they could be found together at midnight or later in downtown River Falls making weird faces at each other or exchanging high quality secret handshakes.
Marisa Olsen
Bridesmaid
Kayla's longest friend (time-wise, not height). Is one of the most academically and athletically gifted individuals Kayla has ever had the misfortune of comparing herself to. Marisa has devoted her time to providing service to people in need since early high school, and her compassion for others has always been admirable. From walking to and from school each day, all the way to now only seeing each other a few times a year, Kayla always knew Marisa would be a life-long friend. Plus, Marisa's ability to help Kayla navigate through important life moments, such as earning a new karate belt, has been invaluable.
Ryan (Natty) Nattrass
Groomsman
Natty and Alec's friendship began in 2015. Alec was his big, and they spent the following summer as roommates, in which they spent their time playing video games and annoying each other when one was drunk and the other was not. Natty only made breakfast for him one time despite several very polite requests. Alec and Natty were also frequently observed getting Margaritas to cope with the existential crisis of graduating.
Dominic Riel-Elness
Officiant
Dom, a lifelong friend and all-around kickass person, met Alec and Kayla at college. With the public speaking skills of a god and the uncanny ability to look stoned when drunk, Dom caught Kayla's eye early on. Unbeknownst to her, though, Alec was equally infatuated with Dom's skills on the dance floor and soon they were vying over Dom's love and affection. Luckily, his other half, Nate, is just as mysterious, so Alec and Kayla don't have to fight anymore. It is an honor to have Dom officiate their wedding, and in return he will have access to unlimited scooby snack cocktails during all wedding festivities.
