For those interested in taking the train in, the 11 am on October 21 from Penn Station to East Hampton (transferring at Port Jefferson) will get you into town with plenty of time to make it to the ceremony and reception.

For those driving from points north, a great option is to take the ferry from New London, CT, to Orient Point, NY (and then a short journey across Shelter Island). The New London Ferry requires reservations—while the ferries to/from Shelter Island (under 10 min) do not.
