The Wedding Website of Joshua Lubin-Levy and Alan Ruiz

We'll have a short ceremony at Gerard Drive Park Beach, a thin strip of land sandwiched between Acabonac Harbor and Napeague Bay. The ceremony setting will be rustic, so please plan accordingly. We'll provide a handful of chairs for those that need to sit, others are invited to bring your own beach chair or to stand. We hope you'll join us in improvising how we come together (sitting, standing, huddling with one another) to experience this beautiful location where we've often come to be alone together. Festivities will follow at Ashawagh Hall, an indoor/outdoor location only 5-minutes (2.5 miles) from the beach.

Festive Attire (a change of shoes to wear on the sand is recommended).

The beach is a 5-minute drive (2.5 miles) from Ashawagh Hall. Drive all the way to the end of the road, where you will find a small parking lot. The ceremony will be just a few feet from there.

Reception

Festive Attire.

5–6pm: Cocktail Reception with Passed Hor D'Oeuvres. 6–7:30pm: Seated Dinner with Remarks.* 7:30–9:30pm: Dancing, Drinks, and Dessert. *We've opted for a family-style menu that will include grilled seasonal vegetables, chicken, fish, fresh greens, and hearty grains that will cater to a variety of diets.
