FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 10th, 2027.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Black-Tie. Ladies: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses. Gentlemen: Wear tuxes with black neckties or bowties. Black suits are acceptable. DO NOT WEAR THE FOLLOWING COLORS: white, ivory, cream, champagne, beige, eggshell, pearl, or red.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. If your invitation included your significant other’s name or “Guest,” they are welcome to join you.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we adore your children, we’re only able to accommodate those whose names are listed on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.

Question

What if my plans change after I RSVP?

Answer

We totally get it—things come up! If you need to change your RSVP before February 10, 2027, you can update it on our RSVP page. After that, just shoot us a message.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive between 3:15 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. so you have plenty of time to find your seat and get settled before the ceremony.

Question

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, so you might want to bring a light jacket and sunglasses —California weather in April can be unpredictable! Cocktail hour will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, and the reception will take place next door in the ballroom.

Question

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture this special moment, we kindly ask that you put your phones away during the ceremony. We have handpicked some incredibly talented photographers and videographers, and we know they’ll capture all the best moments for us!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! As we get closer to the big day, we’ll send out a menu announcement where you can note any allergies or dietary restrictions. We want to make sure everyone enjoys every bite!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! One of the best things about our venue at Waterfront Beach Resort is its own private entrance—totally separate from the rest of the resort. There’s a handy drop-off and parking just for our guests. Just follow the signs… you can’t miss it!

Question

Do you have a hotel block or discounted rates?

Answer

Yes, we do! If you’re planning to stay at the venue for the weekend, you can reserve your room through the Travel tab on our wedding website—just look for the Waterfront Beach Resort section, you can’t miss it!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We’d love for you to stay with us through our room block at the Waterfront Beach Resort! If you’re exploring other hotel options or prefer to use a loyalty program, feel free to check out our Travel page for more choices.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

If you’re in town by Friday, April 9th and are 21 or older, we’d love for you to join us for a little nightcap at the resort’s Offshore 9 Rooftop Lounge! We’ll head up around 8 PM to kick off the weekend and toast to the big day!

Question

Are rideshares easily accessible?

Answer

Yes, they are! Our venue is right in the heart of the lively and fun PCH area, so rideshares are easy to grab. We highly recommend using a rideshare if you plan to celebrate but aren’t staying at the resort—safely enjoying the night is what matters most!

Question

Is the venue accessible for guests with mobility needs?

Answer

Absolutely! One of the reasons we fell in love with this venue is how accessible it is. The ceremony and reception are in the same location, and the event space is ADA-friendly, with elevators, wheelchair ramps, and conveniently located restrooms throughout.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

While we have a gift registry on Zola, what would mean the most to us is your love and support for our Honeymoon Fund! The items on our registry would be wonderful, but we truly believe that memories and adventures together are priceless. Any contribution to help make our honeymoon extra special would mean the world to us!

Question

Can I bring my gift to the wedding, or should I send it?

Answer

Unless it’s a card, we’d be so grateful if you could contribute to our Honeymoon Fund through our website, or send your gift to our home in Tempe, AZ. We are also traveling for our wedding, and do not have the room or space to bring gifts home to Arizona! Thank you for understanding, your support means the world to us!
