Flight
Dulles Airport is the closest to our wedding venue, but Reagan National Airport works too! It's a bit farther, and BWI is also regional. From BWI you can Uber, Lyft, rent your own car, or take the Amtrak to get to Washington DC.
Train
For those who wish to take the train, there is a station in Manassas located four miles east of the venue served by Amtrak. Guests can also take Amtrak to Union Station in DC and catch a VRE (Virginia Railway Express) train to the Manassas train station, but VRE only runs Mondays-Fridays. The closest DC Metro stop to the Hyatt Place Hotel is one block away. Take Amtrak to Union Station and then hop on the Metro towards Dulles airport for easy access to the hotel.
Hotel
All guests are invited to stay at the Hyatt Place Herndon Dulles, located near Dulles airport and 30 minutes from Sweeney Barn. Free transportation to and from the airport is provided by the hotel and we will be providing transportation to and from this hotel for all wedding day festivities. Brunch will be hosted at the Hyatt on Monday morning. Please reserve your hotel room by August 16, 2021, to receive the discounted rate.
