For the wedding day, the dress code is: Coastal Elegant • Flowy dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates • Linen or light suits, dress shirts + slacks • Dressy sandals or wedges (block heels are best for grass) • Please avoid flip-flops, cargo shorts, or super casual beachwear. For the rest of your trip: • Swimsuits, cover-ups, shorts, airy tops • Comfortable sandals/sneakers • Light sweater or shawl for breezy evenings • Sun hat, sunglasses, and reef-safe sunscreen.

August is one of Kauai’s warmest and sunniest months: • Average daytime highs: around 84–85°F (29°C) • Average nighttime lows: around 74–75°F (23–24°C)  • Short, passing showers are common but usually quick. It’s warm, humid, and beach-perfect — think swimsuit weather with a light breeze.
