We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the Ivy Bush Royal Hotel for our wedding guests. As the hotel handles reservations traditionally, accommodations are being coordinated directly through our family rather than through an online booking portal. If you would like to request accommodations within our reserved room block, please complete the accommodation request form linked on our Travel page. We kindly ask that only one form be submitted per household or reservation request. Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift. As we begin this next chapter together, we have chosen not to register at traditional stores. For those who have asked, we have created a honeymoon fund, which is linked in the registry section of our website. Thank you for your kindness and generosity—it means so much to us.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. To preserve the sanctity of the service, late arrivals will not be admitted once the ceremony has begun. We kindly ask guests to plan accordingly and arrive with ample time to be seated.
We kindly remind guests that the dress code for our wedding is **formal (black tie encouraged)**. Gentlemen are invited to wear tuxedos or tailcoats, and ladies are invited to wear floor-length evening gowns. To maintain the elegance of the occasion, we respectfully ask that guests refrain from casual or semi-formal attire.
Due to limited capacity, attendance is by invitation only. Guests who have been extended a plus-one will be indicated on their invitation or during RSVP. We kindly ask that only those listed attend, and that additional guests not be brought. Thank you for your understanding.
While we love your little ones, attendance for children is limited to those specifically included on the invitation. If your invitation does not indicate children, we kindly ask that you make arrangements accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.

Parking at St. David’s Church, Abergwili is limited. Shuttle service will be provided from the Royal Ivy Bush Hotel to the church for guests staying there or nearby. At Cwmgwili Mansion, valet parking will be available on the grounds. In the event of wet conditions, assistance will be available to ensure vehicles can be moved safely if needed. We encourage out-of-town guests staying locally to utilize the shuttle for ease and convenience.
Shuttle service will be provided for guest convenience between the Royal Ivy Bush Hotel, St. David’s Church, Abergwili, and Cwmgwili Mansion. Shuttles will run at scheduled times before the ceremony and return following the reception. We recommend arriving early to allow ample time for transport and seating.
