We’re holding our ceremony & reception at The Barns at Wolf Trap, a pair of 18th century barns that have been converted into a charming music & event venue in Vienna, Virginia. More about the Barns can be found at https://www.wolftrap.org/about/venues/barns.aspx
Cocktail is preferred (leave the t-shirt and jeans for another time). Make sure you dress like you’re going to dance all night! The bridal party will be wearing dark green.
The ceremony will start at 4:30, so if you're able, try to arrive closer to 4 pm for seating purposes. If you're staying at the hotel, the guest bus will leave with the goal of arriving at 4 pm. If we have any updates (say, for example, the exact departure time and location for the bus) we'll post them here on the website, so check back in once we're closer to the big day!
Legally, yes! We tied the knot in a small ceremony in the summer of 2021. We’ve been waiting all this time to finally celebrate “for real” with ALL of the family & friends we love.
Yes! We're doing the whole production, since we weren't able to do any of it the first time around due to COVID. It may be for ceremonial as opposed to legal purposes, but it's important to both of us, and we can't wait to walk down the aisle with all of you there.
This is a fully indoor event. Masks are welcomed but not required. If you’re not feeling well, or if you know you’ve been exposed to someone with COVID, we ask that you please stay home. Safety is important to all of us!
Text us any time at (609) 250-2559 with questions! This is a monitored Google number that goes direct to James & Aisling, so feel free to share it with anyone who needs it.
