How much is the deposit to secure my stay at the resort?

Answer

A deposit of $100 per room or $50 per person to secure your reservation.

How many nights are required?

Answer

There is a 3 night minimum, our wedding is Saturday April 12, 2025 so it is preferred that you arrive no later than Friday morning.

Is there transportation to and from the airport?

Answer

Yes. Airport transportation will be included in your reservation. Tylette will coordinate the details. Once you have secured your flight, please communicate that information so that transportation will be secured.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Once we have locked in our wedding guest count, we will communicate our plans for our pre and post wedding celebrations.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The reception will have a buffet menu. There will be a variety of options that will meet your dietary needs.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. No sneakers, swim wear, mesh or swim cover ups, pool shoes, shorts, jeans or denim. This will be a formal event.

What is the benefit of booking with the provided agent?

Answer

That's the only way to attend the wedding events. Guests will also be able to take part in group amenities when booking with the agent (my friend Tylette) The resort requires that majority of our guests stay at the resort. Instead of having to calculate what percentage of our guests are staying on property, it's easier to make sure all guests are staying and using the room block to stay in compliance with the contract we have to sign.
