FAQs

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please click on the last tab, titled RSVP.

Question

Are plus ones invited?

Answer

Plus ones are invited if they are included on your invitation. If you'd like to bring someone that we didn't include on the invitation, please let us know! We will do our best to accommodate you.

Question

Are kids welcome at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Their names should show up in the RSVP tab so you can let us know you if are bringing them. Please contact us if we've missed them.

Question

What kind of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We will be serving American style buffet food by Elisha's catering. Hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour, and our cake will be baked by our awesome friend, Jessica Lee. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact either Amy or Jihai directly.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide a shuttle service. However, Uber and Lyft are readily available.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is parking located at Gardens at Heather Farm, 1540 Marchbanks Dr, Walnut Creek, CA 94598. Heather Farms is a large park with multiple parking lots, so please use this address for the parking lot closest to the wedding venue.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail attire, semi-formal, or summery (it is August in a garden, after all--aloha shirts allowed!) Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, where it is likely to be sunny and hot. Please dress accordingly so you don't overheat! California tends to get cold at night, so bring a jacket as well.

Question

What about Covid?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests be fully vaccinated.
