Pre-Wedding Beach Day

Beach Clothing
Please arrive arrive Electra Palace by 10:45 am. There will be a bus that will be parked there to provide transportation to the beach. The trip is about an hour. Once at the beach you are free to relax as you please. An assortment of games, floaties and balls will be provided. When at the beach you will be able to order drinks, snacks and light food. Lunch will be provided at 1:30pm at the restaurant by the beach (food and drink). We plan to have the bus will leave at 6:00pm from the beach to take everyone back to the Electra Palace Hotel. Please bring plenty of sunscreen!

Aidan Dressing

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
In Aidan's hotel room, he will be taking part in a traditional dressing by family and friends (each individual will assist with putting an article of clothing on). Aidan's family and friends are encouraged to attend. Photos will be taken. Once dressed everyone is to head to the church.
Wedding
7:30 pm - 8:30 pm

The ceremony will be around 45 minutes long. It will be in a mix of Greek and English. You do not have to be inside the church for the ceremony (some people like to stay outside). Once the ceremony is over, we will walk outside and rice will be thrown in celebration. There will be about 30 minutes where beverages (water and juice) will be served. Once we are outside feel free to make your way to the reception via the provided bus. You are more than welcome to use your own transportation or rideshare.
Reception

A bus taking everyone from the church to the reception will be provided at 8:30. For those who are driving there will be ample parking. We will not be present when you arrive. Once you arrive please explore the area, find: your table, the finger foods and cocktail area. Dinner will be served once all guests arrive. We will be taking photos during this time and when we arrive we will process in, dance and cut our cake. We will then open the dance floor for everyone to dance. Music will start with some traditional Greek dances. You are encouraged to join but do not feel pressured to do so (even if you are not doing it 100% correct people will be happy you tried). As the night goes one we will continue to mix in more English music. Grilled food will be provided later in the night. Celebrating is expected to continue on into the early morning. A bus will be leaving at a specific time (NOT SET YET). Any guest is more than welcome to use an uber/taxi home at their convenience and time.

Bus Leaving Reception

A bus for those who would like to turn in for the night will be leaving at 1:30 from the reception and stopping at the Electra Palace Hotel. The wedding will continue for those who would like to stay but transportation will need to found per individual (uber/taxi services). We encourage everyone to stay as long as they like.
