Travel Note

Visa Information

All guests traveling to India will need to obtain a visa prior to arrival. The easiest option is typically the e-Visa, which can be applied for online. If you plan to apply for a 30-day tourist e-Visa, please note that you must apply within 30 days of your arrival date; applications submitted earlier will not be valid. If you prefer to apply earlier, you may instead choose a 1-year tourist e-Visa. We recommend the 1-year option for greater flexibility and to help avoid potential processing delays. You can apply at any time, and it is valid for one year from the date of issuance. When applying, you may use our hotel’s name, address, and phone number as your local reference. Once your visa is approved, please return to the e-Visa website and use the "check your visa status" option to download your PDF Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). We recommend printing a copy and bringing it with you to the airport. Please also ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. Accommodations have been arranged for all guests at Alila Fort Bishangarh. Check-in is at 12:00pm on Friday, February 26, 2027, and check-out is at 12:00pm on Monday, March 1, 2027. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability so please let us know ahead of time!

Flight

Jaipur International Airport

We recommend guests fly into Jaipur International Airport (JAI). Transportation will be provided from the airport to the venue on Friday, Feb 26th, 2027, and back to the airport on Monday, Mar 1st, 2027.
