"Semi-Formal, California Cocktail Sunday Afternoon" We want you to dress in what makes you look good, and feel good! For the ladies, floor-length dresses are always a good choice, but cocktail attire is fine too! For the gents, think blazers, slacks, fancy shoes… or if suits are your thing, do it! No Ballgowns, nor tuxedoes are required! With that said, we firmly and respectfully ask that you **do not** wear a white dress at our wedding. Thank you!
YES - they will pick up/drop off at The Viv Hotel and The SunCoast Hotel! The shuttle will run two loops FROM the hotel TO the venue. We will share an exact schedule in our hotel welcome bags telling you which shuttle departure time you’re assigned to. Example schedule: Shuttle 1 departs from the hotel at 3:25… Shuttle 2 departs from the hotel at 3:45… ALL guests staying at the hotel or those who want to use the shuttle service should be prepared to take earlier shuttle. (And yes, the shuttle will run two loops at the towards the end of the evening)
No - this will be a buffet meal so no need to select meal preferences. HOWEVER, if you have a food allergy OR dietary restriction you must let us know via the RSVP form. Please ensure you provide your email address as well for contact purposes.
Yes, for our out of towners we will have a welcome event! Separate invitations have been sent. Otherwise, we will be hanging out at the Viv all day - and we can’t wait to see you all!
