Out of Towners: Welcome Hangout Event

For our guests who travelled a long distance, we invite you to join us at The Viv Hotel (ground level pool deck…but not at the pool - head to the bar area…). We will have a few passed apps, beer and wine, and soda. Consider it a pre-dinner snack! Respectfully and transparently, this event is intended for our “out of towners” aka guests who travelled from afar to be at our wedding. If you received an email invite to the welcome event, please RSVP if you will (or will not) attend.

“Semi-Formal, California Cocktail Sunday Afternoon”

Wedding Day Attire: We want you to dress in what makes you look good, and feel good! For the ladies, floor-length dresses are always a good choice, but cocktail attire is fine too! For the gents, think blazers, slacks, fancy shoes… or if suits are your thing, you’ve got our full support! (**No Ballgowns, nor tuxedoes are required!**) Regarding Dinner: This will be a buffet meal so no need to select meal preferences. HOWEVER, if you have a food allergy OR dietary restriction you must let us know via this RSVP form.

Come swing by the bottom floor of the Viv Hotel for a hung-over reminiscence of the night before and the wonderful time we had together before we all go back to reality (but maybe with a little more joy in our life).
