There is no right or wrong choice when deciding to travel to either O'Hare or Midway. We have found them to be equally easy to navigate and the drive time to our location is pretty similar. As with all major cities, we advise against selecting rush hour arrival/departure times. Select the airport based on your airline preference as well as the cost and timing of the flights. The discount only applies to king rooms, but they do have queens available. All rooms also have a pull out couch bed. The Residence Inn Bolingbrook offers wedding groups flexibly with booking. The hotel offers a 15% discount off our regular rates at the time of booking on our King Studio Suites; however, they do not set a room block aside from their general inventory. This allows flexibility with dates of stay as the discount is available on our King Studio Suites for a week before and after the wedding! Guests can reserve available rooms up until the day of the wedding by simply mentioning “Wedding Rate” when calling or by using the link that will be provided as long as there is a King Studio Suite available at the hotel. Included in rate: King Studio Suite (1 king bed with pull out sofa, max occupancy 3) Complimentary HOT breakfast buffet served each morning. Shuttle

While there is some street parking available, there is a reserved parking lot a 5 minute walk from the venue located at Plainfield Central High School 24120 W. Fort Beggs Dr, Plainfield IL 60544 where we will have 1-hour shuttle service to and from the parking lot in the beginning of the event and 2 hours at the end of the event. The Sanctuary Events shuttle bus holds up to 15 guests at a time. While it may seem close enough to walk there is no sidewalk for a portion of the journey from the lot to the venue.
