We’ve got a real treat for y’all - whole hog barbecue catered by Dan the Pig Man: - York county hog roasted in a Caja China roasting box, injected with a mojo crillio blend of orange, lime, garlic and onion served in a 150 year old cypress bread trough, served with two types of sauce, a cider vinegar hot sauce and a Lexington style red sauce - For our non pork eaters, we will offer a vegetarian paella - Smoked gruyere, cheddar and Boursin mac and cheese served in cast iron - Rutherford county moonshine baked beans with country ham served in a cauldron - Barbecue slaw (no mayo!) of shredded red and green cabbage with sweet carrot - Elote corn roasted on site with aioli, lime, taijin spice and cilantro, dusted with cotija cheese - Brioche buns from Suarez bakery Desserts include Suarez Bakery cakes, BW Sweets pies, Krispy Kreme donuts (founded in Winston Salem y’all!) and s'mores to enjoy by the fire. Pair with a cup of local coffee roaster, Hex instant coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
