Each event over the wedding weekend will have its own dress code to complement the occasion and setting. Please refer to the Schedule section for detailed guidance on attire for each event. In general, we kindly suggest elegant summer attire for a formal celebration along the Croatian coast.

Split Airport (SPU) is roughly a 30-minute drive from the city center, and you’ll find taxis, private transfers, and airport shuttles available upon arrival. If you’re feeling unsure about travel arrangements, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we practically moonlight as travel advisors and would love to assist.
United States citizens can visit Croatia (and all Schengen Area countries) visa-free for up to 90 days. Just make sure your passport is valid for at least three months beyond your planned departure date.
The old town is very walkable! For longer trips, taxis and rideshare apps like Bolt are widely used. You can also rent scooters, cars, or take ferries to nearby islands like Hvar and Brač.
Croatia uses the euro (€). Credit cards are widely accepted, but it’s handy to have some cash for smaller shops, taxis, and cafes.
Not necessary for Split itself, parking can be limited and everything is close. However, if you’re planning to explore outside Split (like Krka National Park or the islands), a car can be useful for day trips. For any wedding-related festivities we will provide transportation from the Church ceremony to the reception.
Croatia uses Type C and F plugs (European standard, 230V). Bring an adapter if your devices use U.S. plugs.
Expect warm, sunny days and mild evenings. In summer, highs are usually in the 80s°F (mid-20s°C). A light jacket for evenings is a good idea.
