Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for recommendations. We do not recommend hotels in Superior (where the venue is) but Missoula is not a far drive. Airbnb is also a great option for both Superior and Missoula. There will be a shuttle that transports the day of to the venue back and forth from a hotel (see the travel page for which hotel the shuttle will be at), you do not have to stay at that hotel to take the shuttle. There is many other great hotels in the area of the shuttle that aren’t listed on the travel page as well!

We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable.

Are kids welcome?

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration! Just let us know if you will be bringing your kids.

The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen can wear suits or sport coats with dress pants.

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance. This will be a nut free wedding.

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at 4:00pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by 9/10/2026 so we can plan accordingly!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There will be limited parking available at the venue. We encourage you to take the planned shuttle, carpool or use a ridesharing service!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

SHUTTLE INFORMATION

Answer

Shuttle will pick up at Staybridge Suites (tbd on time) and will transport to venue. First shuttle leaves at 9pm and second shuttle leaves at 11pm to transport back to hotel.
