We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable. Keep in mind the venue will shuttle from StayBridge on Expressway/N Reserve. However, there is many other hotels right next to and in the area.
Yes, but parking will be very limited. There will be shuttles to and from the venue available from Staybridge. Uber or rideshares will most likely NOT be available at the venue location, so do not plan on using rideshares. The shuttle would be recommended.
The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen can wear suits or sport coats, however a nice button up will be okay, with dress pants. October in Montana will most likely be warm during the day, but gets cold after dark so just keep that in mind.
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.
Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know a couple months in advance. This is a peanut free event.
We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration! Please let us know how many kids, the ages, and if they will be needing their own plate of food.
