Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

By the end of January 2019 would be great so we can finalise all the details - especially accommodation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is due to start at 2pm, so by 1:30 please to ensure you can park or allow for taxi time. If you are staying at Brympton or the Fat Pigeon, check in opens at 12:00, so please arrive with enough time to check in well in advance of the ceremony starting.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Smart casual attire as a guide, but what you are most comfortable in suits us. Just remember that it's the countryside, so it can get chilly and can get a (little) bit muddy, so open toed sandals aren't the best idea!

Are small children and babies invited?

Answer

We think this is a perfect opportunity for couples to have a night to themselves. We understand that there have been some recent arrivals though (Congrats!) and so we have arranged for a babysitter during the ceremony. Please let us know on your RSVP if you will be bringing small children.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We've provided a list of taxis for you to use for the short journeys to and from the venue. See the travel section for more info.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking, but some of it is on a grassy field as opposed to gravel so watch your high heels!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

For now we'd ask that only those on the invite attend, but may revisit this once we get back all of the RSVPs. Drop us a line if you would like to bring a +1 and we'll let you know.

I have dietary requirements - can these be catered for?
