The resort had to acquire a special liquor license to be able to serve alcohol at the top of the ski run. Due to that they are requesting all participants riding the lift to sign a waiver. You can click on the link and sign beforehand or sign a copy prior to riding. Just takes a few moments to sign up and sign online if you'd like to get it out of the way. Link to waiver below.
