Optional: Hike/Yoga and/or Lunch atop Aspen Mountain

12:00 pm

Grab a casual lunch and a beer on the Sun-Deck at the top of Aspen (AJAX) mountain! 930am - Hike up the mountain with the groom. It's a tough one - 3,000 vertical feet, so best if you're in good shape and bring water. Meet at the St. Regis. OR 1040am - Gondola with the bride for 11am private mountain top Yoga! Mats provided, but space is limited, so please reserve a spot on the link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/117NNb9lUWDaksKj49j01GQdSD1PciCJiKDe2YCD9P0c/edit#gid=0 OR 11:45am - Gondola up if you're just coming for lunch. Once you're at the top the mountain there are plenty of easy hikes and walks. Gondola tickets can be purchased at the base of Aspen Mountain Gondola. The gondola ride down is free for all.

Western Party

5:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Holden Marolt Mining & Ranching Museum
40180 Colorado 82, Aspen, CO 81611

Put on your best western attire! Whether that be Southwestern, mountain or cowboy chic, or Western Canadian. Watch Yellowstone for some inspiration.

Live bluegrass band (Smuggler Mountain Boys) and Aspen's best BBQ! The event site is actually a small mining and ranching museum, and we've elected to have them staff the indoor exhibit during the party, so please do check it out! We will have a shuttle bus doing loops from Herron Park in the center of town. That said, if the weather is nice, we strongly suggest walking as it is a beautiful 10 to 15 min walk from Hearthstone House, Annabelle Inn, Aspen Mountain Lodge & Tyrolean Lodge and another 5 minutes from anywhere else in town. Note: The W, St. Regis and Limelight have a free shuttle service, just ask your concierge. Also call Rocky Mountain Taxi for pick-up.

Optional: Late Night @ J-Bar at the Hotel Jerome

10:00 pm

Meet up at the famous J-Bar in the Hotel Jerome

Sunday, August 14, 2022

Optional: Hike or E-bike up Scenic Loop Trail at Maroon Bells

10:00 am

Maroon Bells
CO 81654

By far the most iconic outdoor activity to do while in Aspen is to head up (either by pre-ticketed bus or e-bike) to the Maroon Bells. Hike around the Scenic Loop Trail, 3.5 miles/1 hour. This easy/flat and beautiful hike can be extended further by continuing on well marked trails. If you're heading up via bus you need to reserve your spot far in advance. Check out the activities page for details on this activity but also check tons of other options for hikes and bike rides.

Optional: Historical Walking Tour of Aspen

11:00 am - 12:00 pm

We've booked a private walking tour of the City of Aspen put on by the Aspen Historical Society. There are limited spots so please put your name down on this link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/117NNb9lUWDaksKj49j01GQdSD1PciCJiKDe2YCD9P0c/edit#gid=0
