***Updated June 5th, 2025*** The deadline to reserve your room through the block has been extended through (08/15/25), if you did not secure your room, please contact Melissa before then to book. You have the option to book directly through the resort website. We cannot guarantee price and availability so we encourage you to book at your earliest convenience. Just provide us with your reservation confirmation # so we can track accordingly. You will still need to RSVP to attend. If you book directly through the resort, you will also need to arrange airport transportation. Go Majestic is the resort's transportation service, so you can arrange that directly through the website. Bookings made through Melissa will include airport transportation. For all guests that have booked a room through Melissa at Tripguy, the deadline for full payment is AUGUST 15TH. To make a partial or full payment between now and the deadline, navigate to tripguy.com/pay enter your reservation details and select (other or final payment) to pay towards your balance. Payment may take 3-5 days to reflect on your statement. Once you book your flights, please send the flight details to Melissa so she can coordinate your airport transportation. Majestic Elegance is a 5-Star Luxury Resort in Playa Mujeres Mexico, 30 minutes from the Cancun Airport. The resort is all-inclusive, so all food and beverages (even room service) during your stay are covered through your reservation.
Travel Note
Passports are required for travel to Mexico. As a general rule, passports must be valid for six months beyond the date the traveler will exit the United States. For additional information please click "view" to navigate to USA.GOV guidelines for passport applications and renewals. Tourist VISAs are not required and are only for trips 180+ days. Visitax As of April 1, 2021, the Mexican state of Quintana Roo requires tourists 15 and older to pay a mandatory visitor tax known as Visitax. The tax was created to mitigate the environmental impact on the region’s beaches and natural reserves, support efforts to control sargassum, and improve infrastructure for better access and surveillance of Mayan archaeological sites. Visit the official Visitax website at https://www.visitax.gob.mx/. The site is available in both Spanish and English. Once on the site, select the option to make your payment.
