UPDATE 06/08/21: The Comfort Suites hotel has had some availability as we draw closer to the big day. Please call them first if you want to utilize the free shuttle service. If rooms book up, the other two options are still available. See below for more details. See below for local hotels near the wedding venue that you can take advantage of! Please consider booking with the Comfort Suites Hotel listed as they have a free shuttle to and from the wedding venue. Because rooms are limited, we also have listed two additional accommodations in case they are needed. These two options DO NOT have a shuttle service, but Uber and Lyft does operate in the area if you wish to avoid driving! PLEASE BOOK ASAP! It’s Columbus Day weekend, so hotels are limited and already filling up fast! Tip: To help cut the room cost down, make arrangements to share a double room with other wedding guests! If interested, please reach out and we can give you options for possible roommates!

Rooms and Prices: 2 Queen Beds (4 people): $129/night 1 King Bed (2 people): $129/night 1 King Suite w/ pullout couch (4 people): $139/night How to reserve: Call the listed number and say you are with the Brand/Banks group block - THERE ARE NO ONLINE BOOKING OPTIONS AVAILABLE. YOU MUST CALL. Check-in time: Saturday, October 9th @ 3pm - they will do their best to have rooms ready beforehand but no guarantees. Be sure to plan accordingly. Check-out time: Sunday October 10th @ 11am YOU MUST HAVE A CREDIT CARD AVAILABLE TO HOLD YOUR RESERVATION. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL CHECK-IN.
