Reception Menu
COCKTAIL HOUR:
This will be a Mongolian style cocktail hour complete with milk tea and boortsog (Mongolian donuts) served as an appetizer. Feel free to snack, take pictures, and chat with the other guests while we wait for the reception to start!
RECEPTION DINNER:
Take a seat anywhere you like at one of the tables and get to know new people!
You will be dismissed by table groups to make a plate. Once dismissed, you can find your way into the kitchen area of the building (directly to the right of the entrance) and get in line. We do ask that you limit each plate to either chicken or pork to save food for other attendees. After you make a plate, feel free to head back outside to your seat at the table and enjoy!
MENU: Smoked Chicken, Pulled Pork, Basmati Rice, Macaroni & Cheese, Garden Salad, Rolls, Fresh Veggies, Baked Beans.
