We have a hotel block at the Hilton Embassy Suites and the Hilton Garden Inn (next door to each other). Please reserve your rooms quickly, as June is HIGH SEASON in Boulder! To adjust your stay length after you follow the reservation link, click on "Book a Room" and then click "Edit Stay" in the top right corner of the screen. The hotel block rate is available at either of these hotels and is valid for any length of stay between 6/12/25-6/18/25. This online rate only works until April 16, 2025, but it is likely the hotel will FILL before this date, so please book soon. We will expand the block of rooms as needed.

Travel Note

Bus from Denver Airport to Boulder

If you are arriving at DEN and do not plan on renting a car, there is a very easy bus option which will take you to several stops within Boulder! It's called the AB1/AB2 and is $10 each way. It picks up and drops off at the airport. The AB2 picks up and drops off right in front of the hotel. Take the AB1 to Downtown Boulder Station connect to the Bolt, 205, Hop-Clockwise, or walk about a mile to the hotel. No advanced ticket purchase necessary, but the RTD MyRide app is helpful for ticket purchases. Click on "View" to view the bus schedule and stop information. Want to see Denver on the way into or out of town? Take the A line to Denver Union Station, explore downtown, then take the FF1 to Downtown Boulder Station.

Do you need to rent a car?

No, you do not need to unless you want to! See the Travel section for an easy bus route to/from the Denver Airport. Our venue is 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and can be reached by bus, uber, even by bike if you're feeling adventurous!
