Ultimate Frisbee Game!

Bring sneakers and water if you would like to play! Bring a blanket to sit on or just yourself if you would like to watch!
On Saturday, June 14th, we will have an ultimate frisbee game from 1:30 - 3:30 PM in Foothills Community Park (the same location as picnic- 800 Cherry Ave, Boulder, CO 80304) to celebrate how Jerry and Abigail met each other. Please come to participate (all you need is water and some sneakers) or watch! Please text Abigail (301-526-7678) if you have any questions about this! We will reconvene for the picnic at 4:30 PM. Travel to the park: - Uber/Lyft: The ride should cost between $10-$15 and take about 10 minutes. - Bus: it is possible to take the HOP to the SKIP but it is not very time efficient.
Welcome Dinner

Since so many of you will be traveling from out of town, we would like to invite everyone to a welcome dinner. This will be an outdoors casual event. Picnic starts at 4:30 PM, and dinner will be served at 5:30 PM. We'll be hanging out at the park until 8 PM. Travel to the park: - Uber/Lyft: The ride should cost between $10-$15 and take about 10 minutes. - Bus: it is possible to take the HOP to the SKIP but it is not very time efficient.

Travel to and from Venue: - Bus transportation will be provided. The buses will load at the Embassy Suites at 4:00 PM and depart at 4:15 PM. - Return buses will leave the venue at 10 PM and 11 PM - Other Options: - Attendees may also use Uber, personal cars, personal bikes via the Boulder Creek Path, or the NB1/NB2 bus leaving from Downtown Boulder Station at 4:10PM Get off at Colorado 119 and Chapman Dr.

As folks are heading out of town, we want one more chance to visit! Please stop by the hotel to grab some breakfast from Embassy Suite's buffet say goodbye! The buffet is open from 6:30-9:30 AM, but we will have tables set up in the courtyard from 8-9:30 AM (and will probably be hanging until ~11 AM) to visit with everyone. The buffet closes at 9:30 AM.
