For those who come in early and feel like a fun night out, we will be heading to Whiskey's in Ketchum sometimes Thursday evening, likely 10:30 or 11. Text Abigail/Dillon, bring your dancing boots, and see you there!

Friday Morning Hike / Activities

Hiking gear! Bring water and layers.
Coleman and Jackie will be leading a hike on Friday morning, up Baldy (the ski mountain)! If you want to meet up for breakfast, head to Aroma (520 2nd St East, Ketchum) at 9 AM sharp for coffee, hot chocolate, and breakfast…or join at 945am at River Run Base Lodge to hike Baldy to the Overlook. Should be back to River Run Base Lodge by 1145 am latest. There are multiple turnaround points, depending how far you want to go, and a clear trail. Friday is also a great day for golf, fishing and mountain biking! See the "Things to Do" page for more information on how to book.
Friday Welcome Party
5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Attire: Mountain / western chic! Think fun dresses, leather and denim, button downs. Boots and hats very welcome. Bring layers and avoid stilettos as we'll be outside and on grass.
Light food, music, drinks, and a few surprises! Please use provided transportation - no parking. Note: Our immediate and extended families are invited to join us early at 4:30 PM, for a family pre-party. All other wedding guests will arrive at 5:30 PM. Buses will start to load at the following times: - 4:55 PM from the Sun Valley Lodge (departing by 5 PM) - 5:00 PM from the Limelight Hotel in Ketchum (departing by 5:10) - 5:00 PM from the Fairfield Marriott in Hailey (departing by 5:10) Thank you to Coleman Andrews and Jackie Jodl hosting this event at their home along with our moms, Susan Andrews and Erin Flinn!

Our Wedding & Reception

Attire: Black-tie optional. Long or midi dresses. Suits & ties, or tuxedos if you'd like to get fancy. Steer clear of stilettos as we'll be on grass and gravel! If you need color inspiration, see the above photo and think fall in the mountains. October weather can be unpredictable and it may be chilly. We'll have plenty of heaters and warm drinks.
*Ceremony start time moved to 5 PM* Transportation information: Buses will pick up as follows: - Sun Valley Lodge at 3:45 PM - Limelight Hotel at 3:45 and 4:00 PM - Hailey Fairfield Marriott at 4:15 PM Buses will return to Hailey and Ketchum throughout the night, starting at 10 PM. Lastly, a very big thank you to Mike and Jayne Flinn for sharing their incredibly special home (pictured above!) with all of us for our wedding day.

Sunday Grumpy's Lunch & Trailing of the Sheep

If you don't fly out until later Sunday, we will be rolling over to Grumpy's for a burger, fries, and a schooner of beer around 11 AM. Feel free to come by. This is not a formal/organized event. The Trailing of the Sheep parade will also take place in Ketchum midday on Sunday, which is pretty entertaining!
