UPDATE 10/16/2025 Pushed back start time to 1 PM to give the bridal party a bit of buffer & time to start setting up a few things. We love you all and are so excited to see you! UPDATE 9/14/2025 For food - think pizza, pasta salad, green salads, etc. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate them! --- Original Description: Since our rehearsal will be a bit before noon, we having a casual afternoon park gathering in lieu of the traditional "rehearsal dinner". It is entirely optional and we understand it may not work with everyone's travel schedules. We will be mingling and having fun with our wedding party & family from out of town! We'll have yummy food, cold drinks, & lawn games (weather permitting)! As it's Upstate NY in the fall, we recommend packing a few options for attire and keeping an eye on the weather. Layers work great! In all seriousness, it could be 45 degrees or 75 degrees - and we don't have a crystal ball!

UPDATE 9/14/25: Appetizers will be served during a cocktail hour after the ceremony. Dinner will be served buffet style. Entrees: Stuffed Beef Roulade with Demi Glaze or Lemon Chicken Riesling Sides: Fire Roasted Veggie Mix and Garlic Mashed Potatoes ---- Original Message: We will have an hour of appetizers and cocktails from 6 pm to 7pm, and then the reception will start at 7pm! We will be having a buffer style dinner, and will then move into a buffet dinner, dancing, dessert, and more dancing The bar will be open for beer, cider, and wine at the start of the evening, but will transition into a cash bar later in the evening.
