Do I need a visa to travel to Mexico?
Answer
If you carry any European/Schengen, United States (multi entry visa, permanent residency, or citizenship), or Canadian visa, you do not need a Mexican Visa. How do I get to and from the events, restaurants, and resorts?
Answer
To get around Mayakoba quickly, please find the nearest cart station next to your room! They can take you to the beach, a restaurant, or any other resort, anytime within Mayakoba. Guests can also use complimentary bikes to explore the resort. There are free boat rides within the cenotes and water canals daily from 9am to 5pm, available upon request at the reception. PLEASE NOTE: The restaurants in other hotel (Andaz, Rosewood, Banyan Tree) properties are not part of the all-inclusive, and you will be required to pay. You can just call the reception/concierge to help you book the reservation. Golf carts will take you to the respective hotel.

Some meals will be provided during the wedding events. For all other dining, feel free to explore the all-inclusive options at Fairmont Mayakoba. Please note, if your accommodation selection does not include the all-inclusive package, any additional charges may be applied to your room.
