Mehndi Night is a vibrant pre-wedding celebration where the bride’s hands and feet are adorned with intricate henna designs amid an atmosphere of joy and festivity. Surrounded by family and friends, the night is filled with traditional music, delicious treats, and lively dancing, creating a memorable start to the wedding festivities. Guests are also invited to join in the tradition by getting their henna designs, adding a special personal touch to this joyous occasion. PLEASE NOTE: This venue is off property from the Fairmont Mayakoba, but located within the Mayakoba resorts complex. Golf carts will be running from the Fairmont lobby to/from El Pueblito continuously during the first and last hour of the Mehndi!

The Baraat is a spirited and festive procession where the groom, joined by his family and friends, travels to the wedding venue, welcomed by the bride's family. This event features lively music, enthusiastic dancing, and often includes the groom arriving on a grand vehicle, marking the beginning of the wedding celebration.
Hindu Wedding

A Hindu wedding is a sacred ceremony featuring a series of traditional rituals and ceremonies that symbolize the union of two families and the couple’s lifelong commitment to each other. The event is marked by beautiful decorations, the exchange of garlands, and the performance of sacred rites around a holy fire, reflecting deep cultural and spiritual significance. PLEASE NOTE: Lunch will be served in the ballroom immediately following the ceremony.

Christian Ceremony

The couple will be celebrating their union with a unique blend of traditions, hosting a Christian ceremony to honor their faith. This will be followed by a Cocktail Hour from 5PM to 6PM. PLEASE NOTE: The reception will be held in Isla Lawn located within the Mayakoba complex. Golf carts will be running from the beach location to Isla Lawn after the cocktail hour.
