Are kids invited?

Answer

Unfortunately not kids under age 12. We love your kids (we really do), but we want our wedding to be your night off! If needed, we have a couple babysitters that you can contact to make that a reality.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Beachy / Cocktail attire (Linen pants, button downs, cocktail dresses or a beach dress; no shorts please). The ceremony and reception will be on the beach, so we do not suggest wearing heels. Bridal party will be barefoot, so we suggest that you take off your shoes when there! While August is typically beautiful weather (80s day, 60s night), it can get chilly at night so you may want to grab an extra layer for when the sun goes down.

What is the weather in San Diego like in August?

In San Diego we have a later summer due to the May gray and June gloom. August is a great time of year when kids are going back to school and the San Diego summer is just getting started. Daytime highs in the upper 70s and 80s typically sunny and lows in the 60s.

Our little family is made up of Alex, Bryce and Carmelle. So we are "abc" and we are excited to become an official family. :)
