WEEKEND TIMING Wedding party members, their partners, and Abby and Joe’s immediate family: arrive Thursday between ~2–5 PM All other guests: arrive Friday between ~10 AM–6 PM. If you can’t arrive Friday: you’re welcome to arrive any time before 4 PM on Saturday All guests must leave Camp Mataponi by Sunday morning. Since Monday is Labor Day, Abby and Joe will be in Portland on Sunday afternoon for an informal hangout at a local bar. We would love for any guests who are still in town to join us! GETTING TO CAMP • Portland airport: 45 minutes away • Manchester airport: 2 hours away • Boston Logan: 2.5 hours away **Concord Coach offers easy, affordable bus service from Boston Logan airport to Portland** From Portland: Uber/Lyft should be relatively easy options for getting to camp. If you’re driving or renting a car, there will be ample free parking at camp. STAYING AT CAMP We would love for guests to stay onsite in the camp cabins. Cabins have running water, toilets, and electricity. We will provide bedsheets, blankets, and pillows Camp cabins will be available for all who want them. When you RSVP, you’ll indicate whether you plan to stay at camp. We expect about 4–6 people per cabin and and we will do our best to place people with friends. Staying at camp is completely optional, but it will almost certainly be less expensive than staying at a nearby hotel and paying separately for food. The nearest hotels are in Naples, Maine, and are listed below. CAMP COST $100 per person, per night ($200 if arriving Friday, $300 if arriving Thursday) **Includes lodging, camp amenities, and three meals per day in the dining hall** Please send payment any time before the wedding to Venmo: @Abby-Joe-Wedding. Payment will reserve your spot in a cabin.
