Here's what to expect during our wedding weekend! You will receive a printout of this schedule upon arrival if you are staying at Paradise Point, but we will keep the website up to date if you decide to stay somewhere else!

Welcome Party

2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Attire: Coastal Cocktail. For women, sundresses with sandals or heels are perfect. For men, lightweight fabrics are encouraged, button-downs (short or long sleeve) with trousers, and a sport coat if you’d like. No jeans, please.

We're going for a boat ride! We will have an open bar serving wine, beer, and soft drinks, as well as hors d'oeuvres and light bites. Transportation will be provided from Paradise Point with buses leaving at 1:00 and 1:30. We will board the boat shortly before 2:00 and cruise until about 5:00, and transportation back to Paradise Point will be provided. The boat is located directly next to the USS Midway and there are are plenty of restaurants (including Seaport Village) within a 10 minute walk if you'd like to get on the earlier bus and check out the surrounding area or grab a quick cocktail before boarding. Afterwards, feel free to make your way downtown or to Little Italy (both ~1 mile away) to keep the party going, or take the return bus back to Paradise Point.

Ceremony + Reception

Attire: Semi-Formal. For women: A cocktail dress, midi dress, or long dress are all great choices. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing any shade of green. For men: A light or dark suit works perfectly - tie optional! Evening temperatures typically range from the high 50s to low 60s so plan accordingly.

Please plan to arrive at Paradise Point between 4:00 and 4:15 to allow time to find the location on property, grab a pre-ceremony glass of champagne, and take your seat prior to the ceremony starting promptly at 4:30. Guests will not be allowed to enter the ceremony area after 4:30 and we don't want you to miss this special moment! If you are staying at the resort, you will be given a map of the grounds at check-in to help you find the ceremony location. If you're coming from elsewhere, drop-off at the lobby will work best and there will be signs and ushers to guide you to where you need to go. After a quick location change (still on the Paradise Point property) we will host a cocktail hour followed by dinner, speeches, and dancing! The ceremony and cocktail hour are about a 4 minute walk from each other (golf carts available if needed) so ladies - keep this in mind with your heel selection. We are so excited to party the night away with all of our favorite people!
