What will be served at the wedding?

Answer

First Course: Roasted Cauliflower Soup with Austrian Pumpkin Seed Oil Second Course (a choice of): Pan Seared Salmon “Oscar” Topped with Crab Meat, Mélange of Asparagus, Cipollini Onions, Crimini Mushrooms, Fingerling Potatoes & Citrus Beurre Blanc or Slow Braised Boneless Short Ribs Parsnip Puree, Roasted Seasonal Baby Vegetables & Horseradish Gremolata or Vegetable & Mushroom Risotto Seasonal Baby Vegetables, Roasted Oyster Mushrooms Parmesan & Fine Herbs Dessert: Lemon or Chocolate Cake Please let us know if you have any significant dietary restrictions.

How should we arrive at the venue?

Answer

We encourage all of our guests to consider Ubering to the venue as parking in DC during the holidays can be challenging.

Will the ceremony start on time?

Answer

We plan to start right at 6pm so please plan to arrive on time so you don't disrupt the Ceremony.
