We have decided to have a private ceremony with immediate family. While there won't be a formal ceremony on July 4th, we can't wait to celebrate our wedding with everyone! What is most special to us is being able to spend time with our family and friends. We want our reception to be focused on spending time together over dinner, music, games, and drinks!
Please note Hood River does not have Uber/Lyft but there are some local taxi options. We encourage everyone to have a vehicle and plan ahead to have a designated driver. We will have an 18 passenger shuttle available to take people from Hood River (address TBD) to our venue and back at the end of the night. If you would like to use the shuttle option please reach out to Abby or Evan so we can ensure there are enough seats. Also please note there is a lane closure on I-84 near Warrendale, we recommend allowing an additional 15 minutes in your commute to pass through this area when traveling to Hood River.
Dress code is dressy casual, think dressing up for a nice dinner! We want you to be comfortable. Our venue is entirely outdoors with a covered area for dinner and large grass area where we will have lawn games and a dance floor. Please be mindful of footwear as the parking lot is gravel and there will be activities hosted on grass.
Early July temperatures in Hood River can range from lows of mid-50s and highs of low-80s.
Please plan to arrive around 3:30 PM. We’ll be kicking things off with cocktail hour. Cocktail hour will run from 3:30–5:00 PM, followed by a dinner announcement at 5:00 PM.
Our venue has on-site parking. There will be signs to guide you. The parking lot is gravel, so please keep footwear in mind and walking from vehicles to the venue.
Yes! We would love to spend the day with the whole family including your little ones. Please include your kids in the RSVP.
