Travel to Tuscany
There are a few airport options when traveling to Tuscany: 1). Florence Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the wedding venue. 2) Pisa International Airport is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from the wedding venue. 3). Bologna Airport is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from the venue 4). Rome Airport is approximately a 3 hour drive from the venue. There is also an option to fly into Rome and take the speed train to Florence which takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Florence is then 40 minutes from the venue - if you are planning to make a holiday out of your trip this can be a great option as the flights tend to be more frequent in and out of Rome! Whichever airport you choose, we have found flight prices are lower the further out you book! We recommend either renting a car or hiring a car service to take you from the airport to the venue. We will offer a group transfer to and from Florence if you are interested. Please use the link below to opt in for the group transportation to and from Florence.

Le Filigare Winery & Accommodation
Check in from 3pm on Thursday October 1, 2026 Check Out until 10am on Sunday October 4, 2026 Le Filigare Winery & Accommodation has been rented exclusively for our wedding weekend. All events will take place at Le Filigare for the entirety of the weekend! Guests are invited to stay on the property for the entirety of the weekend in one of the resorts 14 apartments. Alternate accommodation recommendations are included below for those who do not want to stay at Le Filigare. Apartments contain multiple rooms, all with private bathrooms, and a shared living space. We will coordinate your specific apartment for the weekend. Parking, WiFi, and breakfast are all included in your stay. Le Filigare is a 5-minute drive from San Donato in Poggio centre. Florence and Siena are a 40-minute drive away. Check out the Things to Do page for more information on the surrounding area. PAYMENT FOR GUESTS STAYING IN LE FILIGARE As we have booked out Le Filigare for the duration of the wedding, we are the single point of contact for the venue. The venue will not take bookings directly as we have exclusively booked all rooms for the duration of our Wedding Celebrations. All payments & questions will go through Abbey & Matt directly. We ask that all payments are made in full by August 1, 2026.
