How do accommodations work?

Answer

Le Filigare is able to accommodate all of our guests in their on site villas. Please reference the "Travel" page for more information. If staying at Le Filigare you will be assigned a room in one of the property's villas. You may be sharing apartments with other guests, but will still have privacy within your rooms and a dedicated bathroom. Apartment assignments will be sent prior to the start of the wedding weekend. If you have any specific concerns or requests regarding the accommodations please reach out to Abbey or Matt.

What is the dress code?

Boonyadate Wedding Dress Code Pinterest - https://pin.it/3CRJNShkB The dress code for the wedding day is formal but really we want you to have fun! Wear the dress you have had saved on a Pinterest board for years. Colors are preferred, but by no means required. No tuxes are required for men. The dress code for the welcome events on Thursday and Friday is Garden Party. We understand everyone is traveling so please dress as comfortable as you want! Men - jackets are not required. Please reference the "Schedule" page for more information on the dress code or visit the Pinterest board for inspiration! Please note that most events will take place in a grass lawn. Block heels, or flats, are recommended!

What activities are planned?

Answer

There will be a pizza party Thursday night to kick the weekend off, a welcome dinner on Friday night, and then the formal wedding celebration late Saturday afternoon. We would love to see everyone at the pizza party and welcome dinner, but if you cannot make it these events are not mandatory! Please confirm if you will attend while RSVPing. There are no other planned activities throughout the weekend. Please use the free time to enjoy Le Filigare or explore a surrounding Tuscan town! Le Filigare does offer pasta cooking classes and wine tasting. If you are interested in taking one, or both, of these classes please use the sign up sheet in the “Things To Do” tab.

What activities does Le Filigare offer?

Answer

Le Filigare offers wine tastings, cooking classes, and other experiences. Please check out the Le Filigare website for more details and use the link in the "Things To Do" page to sign up for wine tasting or cooking classes. Details for payment for these activities will be sent at a later date.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The typical weather during this time of year is around mid seventies. However, the weather can vary so please plan accordingly. The pool will remain open if the weather is warm enough. Weather permitting, all events will take place outside.

Is there a restaurant at Le Filigare?

Answer

The Filigare onsite café serves light lunches, sandwiches, wines, aperitifs, tea and coffee. The café is open to all guests in between events. Card payment only. Breakfast is also included in your stay at Le Filigare and is available from 8am - 10am. All rooms also include a Nespresso coffee machine.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

All events will take place at Le Filigare so once you arrive on Thursday there is no real need to leave the property. If you do choose to rent a car there is available parking at Le Filigare. If you choose to not rent a car, we will have the option of a group transfer to the venue from Florence on Thursday afternoon, and then from the venue to Florence on Sunday morning. Please use the link on the "Travel" page to opt in for the group transfer.
