Please join us in staying in our hotel block at the Hampton Inn Troy. The hotel is a 15 minute drive to Canyon Run Ranch. We have 25 rooms reserved for both Friday, September 26th and Saturday, September 27th. We will have buses that will shuttle guests to and from the hotel and venue.

A shuttle will be running at 2:45pm and 3:45pm from the hotel area in downtown Troy to Canyon Run Ranch. Space is limited so please let us know if you will be utilizing this service!

We will have the shuttle service going back to the hotel from Canyon Run starting at 9:45pm, with additional trips at 10:45pm and 11:45pm for those helping with clean up!
