Where should I stay?

Answer

Our venue, Villa Cini, will be reserved for bridal party and immediate family. If you are not asked to stay on site at Villa Cini, we are recommending you stay at Poggio Cennina Resort. This resort is a short 8 minute drive from Villa Cini and offers a lot of accommodation options. Please visit our travel page for more information.

What is the dress code?

Please refer to our dress code page for inspiration! Each event has a separate dress code all tailored to an Italian Summer!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our abroad wedding as intimate as possible only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

Are Children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, and recognize that you may be bringing them on this European vacation, we ask that the wedding day is strictly an adults-only occasion. You are welcome to bring your kids to the Welcome Party and Pool Party, however, we ask that you please include that on your RSVP for those events.

Are you having a welcome party?

Answer

Yes!! All guests are invited to the Welcome Party as well as the day after Brunch and Pool Party. Please indicate your attendance to these events on your RSVP!

How will we get around in Tuscany?

Answer

At this time, we are planning to provide transportation for our guest to and from Florence airport and Villa Cini/Poggio Cennina! Transportation for our guests to and from their accommodations and our wedding events are to be determined. Finding taxis or Ubers in Tuscany can be more difficult than in the city, so if you believe you will be wanting to leave your accommodations outside of our wedding events, we recommend your rent a car!

What will the weather be like in Tuscany in September?

Daytime highs are typically in the mid to upper 70s and the evenings, once the sun sets, are typically cooler, in the mid 50s.
